The Cat in the Hat shares all the fun things he would do if he ran a school. He would have all sorts of class pets, book-blooming plants, and an art-making cart. Instead of a pop quiz on history, the students would have a pop quiz where they shake bottles of pop until they explode. Lunch would consist of pizza, pancakes, fruit, and sorbet. They would have a smell-and-tell instead of show-and-tell as well as a hula-hoop contest.
