Description
In 1932, the Razorhurst neighborhood is wracked by mob violence done with razor blades since guns are illegal. The peace between mob bosses Gloriana Nelson and Mr. Davidson is threatened by Dymphna Campbell, a prostitute with a deadly past who can see and speak with Razorhurst's ghosts. Young orphan Kelpie can see the ghosts, too, and when the girls meet they form an alliance that will shift the balance of power in Razorhurst forever.
