Description
In Virginia, 1943, rookie codebreaker Kit is recruited to help the war effort at Arlington Hall, a girls' college converted into a secret U.S. Signal Intelligence facility. The drama and danger of the war hit home to her when she accidentally witnesses a murder, part of a series of murders committed against government girls in Washington, D.C. Drawn into the hunt for the killer, Kit makes friends with fellow female codebreakers, each with their own stories and secrets. When it becomes apparent the killer is hunting them, next, Kit fears her own dangerous secret may soon come to life.
