Description
Ever since her dad left, Lux Lawson has been kicked out of every school that would take her. After getting into a fight and being expelled from the latest school, Lux is forced to move in with her father and gets one last chance at Harlem's Augusta Savage School of the Arts. She's determined to make this work, which means no more fights, no boyfriends, focus on her photography, and make nice friends. Lux manages to charm her way into the Flyy Girls, a group of three students who are just the type of friends Lux needs. But when her past begins to catch up with her, can Lux still be a Flyy Girl?
