Oscar Wilde

Oscar Wilde (1854-1900) fu un drammaturgo, romanziere, saggista e poeta irlandese, autore de "Il ritratto di Dorian Gray" e "L'importanza di chiamarsi Ernesto", per nominare solo un paio delle sue opere pi conosciute. Si pensava che fosse omosessuale e fu molto osteggiato in vita. Morì a Parigi all'età di 46 anni.
