Phineas and Ferb's sister, Candace, is determined to be the next Super American Pop Teen Idol Star. Her plans for fame are foiled when Phineas and Ferb hit the stage with their band. Then Candace's dream of becoming a famous movie star turns into a nightmare when Phineas and Ferb are chosen to direct her in her breakout role.

Phineas and Ferb become excited when they learn that Cirque Du Lune is coming to town, but when the performance is cancelled, they decide to form their own circus with Phineas as ringmaster and some help from Perry the platypus.

When Perry the Platypus unknowingly helps Phineas and Ferb complete their latest wild invention, the brothers decide to have a party for Perry to celebrate, but meanwhile Dr. Doofenshmirtz is ready to wreak havoc on the Tri-State Area.

When Buford challenges Ferb to a yo-yo contest, Phineas and Ferb build a western town to host the showdown of the century, while Dr. Doofenshmirtz hopes to wreak havoc on the Tri-State Area with a giant pogo stick.
