Daisy Dreamer finds herself in a village deep in the forests of the World of Make-Believe. Her new friend Twee, the Pretty Pixie, introduces Daisy to a group of other Pretty Pixies who are actually quite mean. Daisy and Twee then work to make the Pixies prettier by being nicer.

A young girl named Daisy goes with her imaginary friend Posey into Posey's true imaginary world. There she encounters such things as Pretty Pixies, Moonsturs, Golly Ghosts, and Cloud Critters.

When Daisy wakes up from a great dream, she can't find her imaginary purple friend, Posey, to tell him about it. Daisy goes to school to tell her friends Lily and Jasmine about Posey, but they think she's making everything up. She gets some advice from her grandmother Upsy about the power of the imagination, and soon Posey is back and throwing a big party for Daisy that celebrates her imagination.

While bunny-sitting for her friend Lily, Daisy's imaginary friend Posey accidentally leaves a door to the world of make-believe open, and Daisy must act fast when the bunny runs through the door.
