It is Halloween and Mr. Pout-Pout Fish is a bit scared to go visit a haunted house. There are so many creepy creatures, but fortunately Pout-Pout Fish learns it is all make-believe.

Mr. Fish has a very busy day, and the last thing on his list is his dentist appointment. As he does his errands, he asks others if he really needs to go to the dentist. Everyone tells him that going to the dentist is really important, and he agrees. Mr. Fish arrives at the dentist, and he gets his teeth cleaned by a dental hygienist, has x-rays taken, and is examined by the dentist. He learns all of the necessary things to keep his teeth healthy.
